Description

U-Shaped Radiant Heat Transfer Plates.
200 pcs lot.
These plates are 4.25" inches wide and 24 inches long.  1/2" pex or other poly tubing pushes into the center channel, for a tight heat distribution fit.   Plates are .016" thick and can be stapled in place by either hand or powered stapler.

These radiant heat transfer plates are compatible with most type of 1/2" PEX tubing(5/8" OD). Suit for most brands' PEX, PEX-AL-PEX or EVOH coated 'Oxygen Barrier' pipes.
Typically installed in radiant system of under-floor (between joist) type, sandwich type, above sub-floor(sleeper), wall & ceiling. Leave 1-2" spacing between plates when assembling. Cuttable design to meet different needs.
0.016" standard thickness, can be stapled by hand or stapler. U-shaped design, reduce thermal voids that occur from gaps between plates & tubes.
