Construction to start next year on one of Syracuse’s biggest affordable housing projects in decades

Syracuse, N.Y. – Construction is scheduled to start next year on the biggest affordable housing development in Syracuse in decades.
Long Island-based Albanese Organization Inc. told city officials in a recent filing that it expects to close on financing in June for the $134 million first phase of the project on the city’s Westside.
